Each sport is unique in its own way and needs a special approach. My knowledge of athletics helped me a lot as track field and sprint is base for all the sports , but luckily I didn’t fall into that trap, because it’s super easy to mix up exercises and injure an athlete. Young basketball 210 cm tall can not train same as 180 cm tall basketball player .Tennis and basketball do not mix too much in athletic preparation. I use less than 20% of the same exercises. Every sport and every athlete needs an individual approach for safe progress with out injuries and results
